Dag 1

Adventure awaits, departure for Isfjord Radio
At 12:00, the first boat leaves Longyearbyen and sets course for the very edge of civilization. Throughout the afternoon, more guests will follow, all en route to Cape Linné, and one of the Arctic’s most extraordinary outposts.

As you glide across the fjord, keep your eyes open. Curious seals often pop up to greet us, and if luck is on your side, you may catch a glimpse of whales surfacing in the cold waters.

Upon arrival at Isfjord Radio, your host will welcome you warmly. A short introduction will cover both the fascinating history of the old radio station and a few safety essentials, after all, we are surrounded by true wilderness, and always act with respect for the wildlife that shares this landscape.

Once you’ve settled into your room, take time to explore the station. Isfjord Radio is rich in stories, with interiors that reflect Svalbard’s past from radio operators and trappers to Arctic explorers.

At 19:30, we gather for a true highlight: a multi-course dining experience where local Arctic ingredients meet creativity and tradition. Our chef draws inspiration from Svalbard’s food culture, creating something truly unique.

As evening falls, the stage is set for the first musical experience. Intimate, raw and unforgettable, enjoy the magic of live music in the heart of the Arctic, with the waves and wilderness just outside the window.

Dag 2

Awaken with a rush of Arctic clarity.

Slip into your bathrobe and follow the polar bear guard to Kokeriet, our spectacular sauna perched at the edge of the world. With panoramic views of the fjord and mountain peaks, this is where the day begins in style. For the truly bold, a dip in Isfjorden offers the ultimate wake-up call. It’s cold. It’s wild. It’s unforgettable.

After a hearty breakfast, we head out by boat. First stop: Alkhornet, the iconic mountain landmark. Then onwards into the fjord, toward the majestic Esmark Glacier. There, surrounded by drifting ice and deep stillness, you’ll experience something truly rare, a raw, acoustic concert at the foot of the glacier.

Back at Isfjord Radio, the fire crackles, and the bubbles are poured. Around the boathouse, we gather for artisanal cured meats, Arctic storytelling, and another intimate music session, this time, face-to-face with one of this year’s featured artists.

After Friday’s dinner a multi-course celebration of local ingredients and creativity from our talented chef, we gather once again in the warm glow of the living room. There, under soft light, the evening closes with another spellbinding concert.

Please note: Arctic weather has a mind of its own. The program may change, but rest assured, whatever the sky decides, we’ll deliver unforgettable moments tailored to the conditions.

Sunday 6

Sunday starts with a bath and sauna before a tasty breakfast.

The nature around Isfjord Radio is spectacular, and today we will go hiking to get close to the mountains and plateaus. The weather determines where the trip goes, and our experienced guides will tell you about flora, fauna, geology, culture and history along the way. We take a break halfway through the trip and enjoy a packed lunch.

After the hike, it is time to say goodbye and take the boat back to Longyearbyen. Full of good and close experiences.

NB: The weather in Svalbard can change quickly. We reserve the right to make changes to the program, but promise good experiences adapted to the conditions.

GRUPPER

Vil du ha styremøte, konferanse, incentivgruppe, privat guiding eller kick-off midt i det sanne Arktis? Kontakt oss for å skreddersy ditt eventyr.

Fysiske krav

Denne turen krever god fysisk form.
